ASC Administrator
Surgery Center is a multi-specialty surgery center specializing in Retina, Orthopedics, Podiatry, and GYN.
3 OR's, average 250 cases per month.
Mon-Friday 6:30 a.m. - 4:30p.m. Closed on weekends!
Position reports to Operations Director.
Solid staff and supportive physicians.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent work experience) preferred with a minimum of 5 years of experience as an administrator in outpatient surgery setting.
Operational management experience such as budgeting, financial management, clinical services management credentialing, accreditation, or similar strongly preferred
Clinical background preferred but not required
Demonstratable leadership ability, relentless follow through, effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and proven ability to interact well with physicians and surgeons is required.

The Laboratory Administrative Director a.k.a. Director of Laboratory Services is a professional clinical laboratory scientist who assumes the responsibility for the organization, direction and overall operation of the hospital clinical laboratories, neurology laboratory and administrative oversight of respiratory care department and leads the department in achieving departmental- and hospital-wide goals. This includes department strategic and budget planning, operational management, personnel administration, policy and procedure development, methodology and equipment selection, quality assurance and performance improvement, contract services management, regulatory compliance, coordination of student clinical education, oversight of laboratories located in proprietary clinics, infection control and safety promotion, tumor registry facilitation, transfusion services, corporate compliance activities, and serves as Chemical Hygiene Officer. The director successfully collaborates with other departments and outside entities.

New Job Opening - Hospital - Las Vegas, NV area.
Must be Degreed and either a PT, OT, or Speech Therapist. Hospital has SLP, PT, OT Team Leads and total team of therapists is 25+. This is an Administrative position! Only if necessary, will treat patients. About 90 total beds 66 semi-private, 24 private, ADC about 60. 4 disease specific Certifications - neurological, orthopedic, spinal cord injury, stroke.
The Director Rehab Therapy Operations organizes, develops, directs, and supervises all aspects of Therapy Operations, which includes inpatient and outpatient therapy; and may include other hospital services, in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, regulations, and guidelines to assure that the highest degree of quality care is rendered at all times. This position requires effective management skills along with good communication skills for interdepartmental relationships and requires competency in therapy discipline for evaluation, assessment, care planning and treatment. The Director of Therapy Operations is responsible for staffing and scheduling to provide adequate coverage for patient treatments and for the preparation and monitoring of financial and budgeting concerns for all departments under its control. This position represents Therapy Operations in hospital meetings, meetings with CEO, and participates as key member of hospital leadership. This position maintains open and an on-going communication with the hospital leadership to ensure patient, staff, and hospital needs are met. The Director of Therapy Operations creates an environment and culture that enables the hospital to fulfill its mission by providing patient safety and patient-centered treatment.
License or Certification:
Current State license as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist.
CPR certification preferred unless otherwise required by hospital policy.
If clinician is an SLP, successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) is required.
